All orders will be dispatched within 24h/48h unless you are informed otherwise.
All shipments are sent certificates with tracking number through Correos. We will send you the tracking number by email and the time of sending. You can check the follow-up of your order at www.correos.es.
Free delivery for ordres above 80€
Spain (Peninsula & Baleares): 5€ (3 to 5 days to destination). Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands: 5€ (5 to 8 days to destination). Cayou Silver is not responsible for any expenses subject to customs, being this the responsibility of the client.
European Union: 6€ (5 to 8 days to destination). Europe (non-EU), Switzerland and Norway: 8€
We are not responsible for items lost or damage in the post. Please ensure that you supply the correct postal details.
INCIDENTS IN DELIVERY TIME
In terms of delivery times, Cayou Silver is not responsible for: absence at home, incorrect addresses, restricted access to the delivery area, lack of time for delivery due to force majeure or local holidays ...
Shipments are not made on holidays or during weekends. In times of festivity such as Christmas, sales, Valentine's Day ... Orders may take a little longer than usual.
In case of any incident in the transport, the maximum delivery time could be extended to 35 working days for the European Union and International and 20 working days in shipments in the Peninsula. In this case, if the orders do not meet the deadline, due to an incident that occurred with the transport courier, Cayou Silver is not responsible, since it will be an external error to us.
Our online store offers you the safest way of paying for your purchases by using VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL or STRIPE.
Within the PAYPAL and STRIPE payment system you can choose your way of paying by using either your paypal account or make use of your creditcard aswell as payments by visa debitcards, american express, etc... are accepted.
If you return an item, you may have either a credit or a refund for your purchase price, not including shipping both ways. If your original payment was made through PayPal, we'll refund you through PayPal; if you paid us directly with your credit card, we'll refund the credit card.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We do check all items carefully prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged, please contact us by email to [email protected] within 48 hours and tell us the reason for the return. Please return within 14 days.
Exchanged items must be of the same value or greater value.
The cost of return postage shall be borne by you, and we recommend all returns and exchanges are sent by certified mail.
It is very important that all items returned are in their original condition.
Cayou Silver will not refund an item unless it has a manufacturing fault. Cayou Silver will not be responsible for any damaged or loss sustained in transit, however caused.
All Sale, Discounted & Promotional items are NON-Exchangeable.
Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange earrings for hygiene reasons or loss of gold plating.
Cayou Silver does not guarantee that its gold plated jewellery will last forever.
Gold plated jewellery is, by default, more fragile and liable to lose its colour over time.
For this reason, it is particularly important to take special care of your gold plated jewellery.
